Dinner for Friends

This afternoon we had Miss Mandy (a teacher and fellow mother from Valley) and her three children, Raelyn, Gracie, & Alex over for dinner. She is such a beautiful woman, inside and out, and is raising three children on her own. Being that it is Mother's Day next week, I wanted to give her an evening without worrrying about the menu and dishes and let the kids play together.

Double Trouble

Yes, this is the infamous Gracie. His best friend since he was two. The one that he has a picture of beside his bed at night. The one who I have been informed by his friends at school is his "girlfriend." All with a snicker of course!

It's 6:45, Mandy and the kids are gone. The boys are clean and smell of Mr. Bubbles bubble gum bath soap. Mom & Dad just stopped by to say hello. The TV was turned on for entertainment while I cleaned up the kitchen and as I looked over on the couch, this is the sweet sight I see. Little man played hard and is asleep by 6:45 on Sunday night. Now just to get big bro to finish up his spelling words and the weekend will be complete!

Couldn't you just eat him up?!
