Two for the Third

Week #3 into soccer and Tripp scored another two goals. First one within the first ten minutes. Coach Dan is very fair to the rest of the players and when he scores he goal, he kindly asks T to go on defense. By the second half though, you could hear coach tell the player throwing the ball in to "throw it in to Tripp." Big grin on momma's face!

At the end of the game, I embraced my soccer star but informed him that he was the 3rd, not the second and he needs to have a goal of three goals per game (I was only kidding!). He agreed with me hands down and said "Next game I'll get it!"
