The Apple Doesn't Fall Far From This Tree

Ahhhh, the first day of Fall. Hands down best season all year. From the painted landscape that the leaves bring over the valley, to pumpkin and apple picking, to walking in crisp crunchy leaves, geese flying above, the first fire, candy corn, the harvest moon, and let us not forget two very important birthdays coming up within the month!

Today we spent the day in Charlottesville and close to heaven up on Carters Mountain picking apples, drinking apple cider, eating apple cider donuts, and taking in the views.

As we headed back to the 'stock, we collided with the Archer's as they were making their way back from a safari like birthday weekend in Natural Bridge. The boys love seeing Uncle Matt & Aunt Yesi especially when they have hours of entertaining videos and pictures from their excursion this weekend for the boys to see.
