Rise Up

The morning adrenaline rush comes from multiple sources in this family. From the first brew to the dance parties in tiny superman boxer briefs (from the boys, not this momma), to getting in the car, seeing the hot air balloons and turn around in the drivers seat to my precious cargo and in a whisper say, "Wanna chase them?" The grins upon their faces answer the question, but they whisper back, "YES!" for confirmation. 

As we get closer they impulsively shout out what is capturing their visual senses. "Fire! I see the fire!" Their description of the rainbow stripes going vertical. And the various "rocket ships" that have made their lines all around the blue sky to guide the balloon. 

"If life has taught me anything, it's all about the little (BIG) things..."
