Lesson of the Day
Every night while I make dinner, the boys sit at the island doing their school work. When we sit down to eat, they are to share one thing that they learned at school that they did not know before that day. The past week Baxter has been learning all about the presidents. If only my limited space on a family blog would allow for the 25 minute conversation from the first President to Betsy Ross and the first flag, to Obama leaving office after his eight years. The boys are soaking up lessons at their new school.
Tripp is still learning abou economics. For some reason, my sports lover could tell me all about Jackie Robinson instead of the horizonal and verical lesson, but he pulled out some facts on the first thirteen original colonies in America.
Enjoy little mans lessons of the day.
