Guest List

Many things come to mind with the month of October, but the two main things in our house occur on the 17th and the 22nd. That's right, the Paynter boys birthdays! This morning I charged the boys with the task of giving me a list of five friends that they would like to have at a mini celebration for the big 5 & 7. 

As I entered the kitchen and noticed that their breakfast had not been touched, but the lists were complete. A solid guest list for a touchdown party!

Take note of Baxter's list on the left. Gracie S (of course, it's been his best friend for three years), Maria, Gracie D, Rylan (pseudo cousin and would have been on mommy's guest list if not on one of the boys), and the "LE." Pronounced L-E. When he asked how to spell Ellie's name, instead of spelling it for him, I told him to sound it out. And that is exactly what be did. LE. Genius. 

Tripp requested the friends from school that have been in his class all three years including Baby Cam!
